Picking Up Speed

The campaign gained significant momentum on Monday night, when Dan was announced as the winner of the straw poll conducted during the Wake County Republican Convention. 

It was a small victory, but a well-earned one. Dan, Cindy and an entourage of friends, family and volunteers spent the evening introducing Dan to the 600-plus convention attendees. We shared  campaign flyers, shook a lot of hands and answered voters' questions... even some pretty tough ones. 

In the end, convention-goers welcomed Dan's message and we managed to earn a groundswell of new support. 

We still have a lot of work to do. The primary is quickly approaching and if we're going to defeat Brad Miller in November, Dan needs your help winning on May 4^th. Tell your friends, family and neighbors that you're supporting Dan Huffman for Congress, and invite them to go the polls with you to do the same.
